*Square Foot Calculation
Square foot pricing is based on total
square footage to the outside edge of
the outermost building material under
roof, which includes the following:
  • Heated living area
  • Garages (excluding drive under)
  • Covered porches
  • Decks

Design Process
  • Initial meeting with customer
  • Second meeting with customer
    to review rough floor plans for
    corrections\revisions
  • One final set of reproducible
    drawings on 22" x 34" vellum
